INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary due to customs and other factors beyond our control. Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your Roseloria account to view your order status and tracking information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • PO Boxes and Military Bases: We do not ship to PO boxes or military bases at this time.
  • Restricted Locations: Due to certain restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some locations. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you promptly.

SHIPPING COSTS
